worst customer support ever
worst customer support ever. No chat, no phone nr to call. only a mailform. After 2 days they answers in a non customer friendly way. they will not lift a finger to help the customer. Shame on you Db!

Received a broken backpack and they're not responding to any emails. Its impossible to send them back nor get a refund.

Backpack arrived damaged
Backpack arrived damaged. DB are a bunch of douchebags as they refuse to answer any warranty claims. They ignore them completly.
Edit: I got i touch with DB a while after the review. Customer service is still incredibly slow. And instead of sending me a new backpck, they give me a discount code, which was useless as my backpack was out of stock. Took months before I had a new backpack because of it.
I will still give them 3 stars as the bag itself is very nice atleast so far. But in terms of service they still have a long way to go.
